On most of our Web pages you'll be presented with a menu on the left side of your browser window.

You'll notice the menu background is colored tot match the colors of the graphic at the top of the page.

Menu Options
At the top of the menu we provide a link designed to help the visually impaired navigate through our Web Site:

Skip Menu
The option to skip the whole menu and go directly to the body of the page.
Viewing Options
The option to view this web site either in the current grapic mode or the High Contrast mode

Menu Selections
Each menu selection represents either a category containing sub categories or a single page as in the case with the [Site Map] and [Search] pages.

When a category name has been clicked on, you will be brought to that category's main page thereby displaying it's contents. Once in a category, additional sub categories will then be available.

Menu navigation:
You can navigate through our menus in several different ways.

1. ALT Key - Each menu choice can be reached by pressing and holding down the [ALT] key and then pressing the letter assigned to the menu item of choice. (See charts below)

Note: Additional Alt+ key combinations will be added on sub pages as needed. Changes to the above charts will be indicated on the bottom of those pages effected.

2.TAB Key - You can navigate through each link on a page by pressing the [TAB] key. Links (including menu choices) are organized in sequential order starting from the number 1 to the maximum of 85.

3. Mouse - You can click on each menu choice or link by using the Mouse.
