A number of Genealogy/History books have been written by distinguished members of our family. These books lay down a foundation in which we use to continue our research into family history. The books we speak of are:
- Foote Family Genealogy- by Nathaniel Goodwin, published 1849.
- Foote Family History & Genealogy, Vol I by Abram W. Foote " Published 1907. This 607 page book is the first book published by Mr. Foote and serves as an excellent reference book.
- Foote Family, Genealogy and History of Nathaniel Foote, (Vol II) by Abram W. Foote. Published 1932. This is a 725 page hard cover edition. This book is the second book published by Mr. Foote and serves as an excellent reference book.
- Book III Foote Family Genealogy: We are also in process of developing and publishing a new book containing family information up to the present generation. Presently this volume will be a two volume set.
Family Sheets:
Most important is your submission of the Family Group Sheets to assure that all genealogical information available on persons, or descendants of persons surnamed Foote since the early 1900's is available. You can accomplish submission in three easy ways:
- Microsoft Word Download a Microsoft Word 97 Version of the Submission form. Once you have downloaded and printed the forms, you can fill them out and send by mail to the address below.
- Electronic Form Filling out and submitting the electronic version of the form.
- Adobe PDF Format Download Family Sheets in Adobe (PDF) format. This format will print nicely if you have a Laser jet, Ink jet or Bubble jet printer.
